A native from Brooklyn, Claudia recently moved to San Francisco in search of that California sun. She was a professional dancer before an injury introduced her to the fitness scene. After being approved to start dancing again she found it very difficult to put her pointe shoes on and within a year physical fitness + health became her life. She’s been teaching fitness full-time in NYC since 2014 and now teaches TRX, Pilates and at SoulCycle in San Francisco. In her workouts she preaches on the importance of form to build proper strengthen and sustainability to keep that body moving stronger for longer. Boom. Boom. Pow.
