As a certified UK Strength and Conditioning coach (UKSCA), he has worked with top level sportsmen and women in Rugby, Triathlon and MMA. More recently, Tom has been coaching Crossfit, taking sedentary individuals through the necessary steps towards achieving their health and sporting goals.
