The Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services have teamed up to create more awareness around the numerous health and wellness benefits derived from physical activity. Even though your members are displaying awareness by coming to your gym and working out, you can still encourage them to know more about the official guidelines for healthy living. Educating your members about the importance of fitness at all ages can also help them include children or their parents in physical activities.
