Workout of the Month: July


Team ELIVATE loves exercising outside, so we were excited to get a beautiful day for this month’s workout. It’s a total body circuit class to develop strength, endurance, balance and core stability. We use the Body Sport Multifunctional Gym Clock to keep time, as well as wall balls, slam balls, medicine balls and BOSUs.

Warm up for 5-10 minutes.

Perform each exercise for 45 seconds with a 15 second transition.

Repeat the circuit 3 to 5 times with a 1 to 2 minute break between each circuit.

Cool down and stretch.


Station 1
Sit up to a Wall Ball Throw


Station 2
Ball slam to Burpee


Station 3
Plank on med ball


Station 4
Side Squat jumps on Bosu (modify this exercise to a standing balancing squat)
