Ten members of the ELIVATE staff recently performed this workout outside our building at lunchtime on a beautiful sunny day. Each exercise is performed for one minute, with a 30-second break between each exercise. Two full circuits complete the workout. Designed to work the lower body and legs, it consists of the following exercises:
