Workout of the Month – November 2017

The ELIVATE November Workout of the Month utilizes kettlebells and a battle rope. Your goal is to complete as many rounds as possible in a 20-minute time frame. Aim for 5 to 7 rounds (but no more than 7) and choose your kettlebell weights accordingly.

Workout Instructions

Perform all exercises in a group as a circuit. Perform A1, then A2, then A3. Rest and then repeat. Do the workout for a total of 20 minutes, and no more than 7 rounds.

A1. Kettlebell Clean & Press (10 reps)

A2. Battle Rope (suspension trainer) Inverted Row (15 reps)

A3. Kettlebell Hand-To-Hand Swings (20 reps – 10 with each hand; alternate hands with each rep)
